Received excellent service here as I was trying to look for an apartment for my wife and I in Pasadena. Nathaly, the property manager, was unbelievably helpful during this whole process. She answered all of our questions patiently. We never felt rushed during our viewing of the unit or lease signing process. Knowing that she would be there to help us if any issues arrived with the property was definitely a factor in helping us make our decision.
