This is a private room in a shared apartment and there are three other housemates who live here. All utilities are included. Located in a sweet spot in a great location right between Amherst College and Hampshire college on Rt. 116. It's quick and easy to get to Hadley, downtown Amherst and Umass. Just steps to the bus stop. The lease can be extended if you want to stay longer.
