Great Apartment and value compared to similar apts in the area. Bus stops in front and parking included, unlike most in-town apts. Close proximity to UMass, Amherst, and downtown Amherst. Maintenance is great to work with as is the Management company. A few bumps at the beginning, as with any new building,, but couldn’t be happier!

Modern and very accessible one-bedroom units. I love how it's both near the downtown and UMass and also near a lot of natural sights. Located on PVTA route 30 and very convenient. Highly recommended!
