Very nice 4 bedroom (one of which is very large) house less than a 10 minute drive to UMass Amherst. Large private back yard and a nice side yard. Kitchen appliances in very good condition. One and a half bathrooms, one of which includes a hot tub. Very new high quality laundry machines. Solar panels help keep the utility expenses down considerably! College students welcome and pets are allowed. Not only is it a short drive to UMass, but it is also close to Amherst College, Smith College, Hampshire College, Mt. Holyoke College and the bustling downtown areas of Amherst and Northampton. Very close to Hadley's shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters Utilities: Owner Pays For: Professional Property Management, Water/Sewer, Snow Removal, and Lawn Care Tenants Pay For: Heat, Hot Water, Electricity, Trash Collection, and Cable/Internet
