The primary bedroom has built cabinetry throughout the wall and overlooks the center of Amherst. One of the best features of this home is when it is time to go to downtown Amherst just exit right out your door and explore the mix of shops, restaurants, cafes, and cultural attractions. Stroll through the nearby parks, head to the renowned Amherst College or UMass campus, or go shopping in Hadley and Northampton. We are seeking a 12 month lease. The monthly rent of $1,850 includes water, sewer, trash removal, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas for heat and hot water, and internet. The unit has a fridge and stove. Nearby laundromats are available. Parking is through the Town of Amherst. Cats allowed for an additional $50 per month. Sorry, no dogs. Screening Criteria: 1) Combined monthly income equal to or greater than 3X the rent ($5,550+). 2) Credit score of 625 or better.
