This third flòor bedroom has a beautiful full-size bed, dresser, night stand, lamps, rocking chair and area rug and a good size closet. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Laundry off of first flòor kitchen. Easy access to shopping and freeways. It is a short commute to area colleges, hospitals, downtown Springfield, and MGM Casino. No prior evictions or pets. All utilities are included in the rent. You must complete the pre-screening questionnaire from Turbotenant in order to schedule a showing.
