I’ve lived here for over a year and really enjoyed it. The yard and garden are well-kept, and maintenance is always on time . The location is convenient for movies and restaurants. My own neighbors have been great (unlike some other comments suggest). The only downside is that the grill area could use some work, and the laundry room is a bit pricey. Definitely worth checking out to see if it fits your budget.
