One bedroom available in Capitol Hill rowhouse. Monthly rent is $1025 + utilities. House also includes washer/dryer and street parking (with appropriate tags - Zone 6). Location is supreme, as it is located within walking distance of the National Mall and is located near Stanton Park, Eastern Market, and Union Station. The closest metro stations are Union Station (red) and Eastern Market (orange/blue, which are both a little less than a mile from the house. Additionally, there is a bus stop and a Capitol Bikeshare less than a block away. A little bit more about us: 2 female working professionals - one in her early 20s and the other in her early 30s. We both travel a decent amount and keep pretty busy schedules, overall. We are looking for someone that is respectful, clean/tidy and easy to get along with. We won't be going off of a first-come basis, but rather whoever is the best fit for the house. No pets allowed (the dog in the photos moved out last year and the landlord no longer wants pet in the home). One month security deposit required. There is a one year lease the landlord will ask for you to sign, but overall is flexible if you are needing to move out before the it has expired (with advanced notice). That being said, we would really like someone more long term. Available Dec 1, with some flexibility of moving in sooner. Room unfurnished. ***In your response, please tell us a little bit about you.
