Thanks for checking out Highland Manor Apartments. We are a locally owned and professionally managed community in Tacoma, WA. Highland Manor is conveniently located in the West End of Tacoma, just minutes away from I-5 and Hwy 16, and within walking distance to grocery and retail stores, restaurants, and only two miles to Pt. Defiance Park. Our 1- and 2-bedroom units are a great value featuring a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and on-site laundry facilities. Our quiet community offers carports and a beautiful courtyard.

Paige is a Godsend. She was so thoughtful and helped us with every step of each process. She answered so many questions, took the time to show us our new place multiple times. Encouraged us and helped with ideas. I could not recommend a better person to work with looking for a new apartment. The apartment is so nice and clean, well maintained as the property was too. Lots of updated features and little cozy courtyard style sitting places. So thankful to have this new place to call home. And so grateful for the help their manager provided. 5 plus plus plus stars!!! Thank you Highland Manor and thank you Paige!

Paige did a great job as apartment manager. While the building is older, the rent is affordable and requested repairs were done quickly. Great location, quiet neighbors. We had a good experience renting here.
