Property Status: Active This row house has a prime fan location! Convenient to downtown, West end, and all of your favorite fan activities. Enjoy watching the world go by on the deep front porch. Inside, there are hardwood floors throughout. There are two large rooms downstairs that can be used for a living room and dining area. There is also a half bath and kitchen downstairs. The kitchen has gas cooking, refrigerator, and a stack washer and dryer. Small wood deck located off of the kitchen. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all with wood floors and a full hall bathroom. One bedroom has access to the second floor balcony. This home has a gas furnace and central air conditioning. Window units in the upstairs bedrooms must be used in the summertime to help keep them cool. All utilities except for internet and cable are included in rent.
