The good stuff: Do you like eating delicious foods such as lasagnas and tacos and dope casseroles and desserts with zany combinations of ingredients? Do you appreciate a good strategic board game? Do you like professional sports, talking about cool cultural shit, late 90s nostalgia or Bon Jovi? Do you like drinking alcohol and being social but also responsibly studying your face off when needed? Do you think you can get along with two well-educated, fun-loving but ridiculously respectful and studious graduate students? Do you have a profound respect for the theatrical stylings of Nicholas Cage? If yes, you'd be foolish not to shoot us an email with some info. about who you are and when you can move in, etc. Bonus points if you tell us your lifestyle quirks upfront. (We don't judge. We just don't want any surprises). We're looking for a roommate who won't bone us rent/utilities money, doesn't mind if we have friends over once in a while (it never gets crazy and we always clean up), can appreciate our maniacal love for television/film and maybe even wants to join us for fancy beers and a little "Bar Rescue" / "Arrow" combo night. If not, that's cool too. We respect your space/privacy and we're good sharers. We're clean but not psycho about it. We cook tasty meals regularly. We drink casually, but we're not freshmen dweebs who get weird with it. The boring stuff: We have 1 bedroom open in a three bedroom upper flat on Murray and Locust. The start date is flexible (starting now), but ideally you'd move in January 1st. The lease goes until July 31st. Perfect for a transfer student. The rent is an unusually low $440, plus utilities ($25-$85/month per person, depending on the weather. Internet/cable = $45 per person/month.) Washer and dryer onsite! Street parking is ample! We have a super nice balcony, a roomy kitchen, an extra living room space and lots of nice furniture (yours will totally fit though). No pets, no smoking. Male/female/android welcome.
