About 2745 Ordway St NW B
Renting out a bachelor's studio apartment in the best location in the city. I've lived here for almost three years because the convenience is incredible! Its a 2 minute walk to the Cleveland Park metro, and right next to the Uptown theater, in the heart of everything Cleveland Park's Connecticut Avenue strip has to offer. The price also CANNOT BE BEAT. One bedrooms in this area go for $2000 a month, if you can find them. The place is small and cozy, and does not have a kitchen, but I basically built a kitchenette that has worked great for my purposes. With the assortment of incredible options, all within a 5 minute walk, you won't be eating at home often anyway! I'm giving it up because I have to move to New York for work. I'll happily sell any of the furnishings that you wish to keep in the apartment, as I have set it up in a great way to maximize the small amount of space. Again, I am leaving for a job transfer. Here are the details: 1. $45 application fee per person 2. Waived $300 move in fee (GREAT DEAL! I had to pay this, having it waived really helps) 3. Rent will be $848 (and this premises is rent controlled...whoever was here before me stayed FOREVER and now I've been here a couple of years, that's why its so cheap) 4. 12 month lease to start no later than 11/15 5. Home is taken in as is condition, except for maintenance issues if needed. For an $80 fee (paid to me) I will arrange a maid service to come and clean the apartment for you prior to your move in. 6. I will release possession of the home by Oct 31st (and 11/15 is the latest that you can take possession yourself) 7. The application is a first come first serve basis (whoever gets me an application with fees first is in line first) Again this apartment cannot be beat. You really need to see the area to know how awesome a deal this is. Cleveland Park is one of DC's safest and most unique neighborhoods, and the apartment backs up into the outskirts of Rock Creek Park. I also love my neighbors, you'll feel like a member of this community very, very quickly. I can recommend all of the best places to go around here.
