All utilities is included. Very nice and clean apartment, comes with balcony. Newly renovated, with wooden floor. It is a two big size bedroom, lot of window and closet. Astoria Park is close by. Near train station so commute to Manhattan is very fast with the N or Q train, also you can catch the Q18 or Q102 bus to take to any of the train stations. Food supermarket, Queens Library, laundry, gym and all public school is walking distance. This neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and friendly.
