Hey there! We have a sublet available from now till July 1st of 2013 Three minutes from the popular Dolores Park and eight minutes from the 16th and Mission BART lies our newly renovated 4 Bedroom apartment. We have central heating, a free washer and dryer in the apartment, a new kitchen and a fully furnished living room with projector, Apple TV and cable TV. Your room has a walk in closet, is ca. 100 square feet and unfurnished. Please no tobacco smoke or furry pets in the house though we are 420 friendly. We are: Two recent college grads working for a tech company and a non-profit. In our free time one of us is writing a novel and the other is learning how to draw. We are both vegetarian but completely tolerant of people who eat meat. We love to cook, go to concerts, art exhibits, museums, restaurants, Dolores park on the weekends to sit and talk and maybe kick a soccer ball around. If you want to live in a place where you are surrounded by creative, extremely friendly, highly motivated and motivating individuals, a place where art, culture, nightlife, social causes and technological innovation often intermingle, a place where Yelp turns up with forty restaurant results within a mile radius when you search for food at 10:30pm on a Tuesday, then this is the place for you! Famous Ike's Sandwiches and Bi-Rite creamery are just a short walk away, so is Safeway. In addition, we are a short walk from 16th & Mission BART and Church Street Muni.
