Located in San Francisco's Parkside district, there is access to public transportation located just half a block away from the house which will get you to anywhere you need to go in the city. There are also two grocery stores (Safeway and Parkside Farmer's Market) located only half a block away from the house, as well as many different restaurants and eateries all within walking distance. Aside from retail there are many different parks and open spaces around the neighborhood to explore and take advantage of. As the previous tenants put it, this is a gem of a house! Apart from the 3 bedrooms which are all currently furnished for show but can remain that way if needed, there is a large open kitchen, a spacious bathroom, living room with vaulted ceilings, a den or sunroom, and a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. The house also has a large multi level backyard with three different table and chair setups for outdoor enjoyment as well as an extra large propane barbecue grill. The 3rd level of the yard is the uppermost level from which you can see the Pacific Ocean!
