OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE This home was built in the 1900s. The staircase to the basement can be a challenge for taller individuals (i.e. if you're more than 6-feet tall, you'll need to watch your head as you enter the unit). This is the only part of the unit that poses a challenge for those who are tall. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS No party policy is strictly enforced. No smoking anywhere on the property (in the building or on the grounds). Open to trained, well-behaved pets. Renter's insurance required. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS No evictions in past 3 years and positive rental reference. Criminal background may be grounds for denial.
