I’ve lived here for 6 weeks and my experience has been nothing short of stellar so far! This community has a cozy, neighborhood feel and everyone I’ve met has been so friendly - including the staff. Chance in the leasing office did an excellent job and made the whole process very smooth and easy. Jorie has also been very helpful. That team is very communicative about everything that is going on in the community and it feels like they truly care that their residents are taken care of and happy. And the grounds are just beautiful and are kept super clean. I love it here!!

We moved into "The Sanctuary at Tallyn's Reach" about three months ago, and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to pick this property. My initial conversation with Kristen indicated that not only did this property have curb appeal, but it also included many amenities. Kristen took the time to explain all of the leasing details in a very professional way and offered a very descriptive explanation of the many extras. The magnificent swimming pool area, with poolside seating and hospitality gathering areas offering BBQ grills, was an extra that we have come to really appreciate. The ability to utilize the 24/7 fitness center has become a morning favorite for us, with its secure resident-only entrance. We don't have pets, but a private dog park area is always there for friendly conversation with residents, and it's really convenient for pet playtime. We've also had many conversations with Chance, who is either hanging out in the leasing office area or working one of the regularly scheduled resident-only special hospitality events that range from ice cream trucks, pizza parties, tailgate-style pregame events, and specialty food trucks. Not only is Chance always present, but these events have enabled us to meet so many of The Sanctuary's neighbors. Oh, and I need to mention how much we enjoy our large townhouse floor plan with the two stall attached garage. Every time we drive into the property... It's so pleasant to see all of the landscaped flowers, trimmed bushes, and many pruned trees. It gives you the comfortable feeling that it's great to live here.

I have lived here for a year now and am so excited to renew! Chance dealt with my unique situation of literally moving across the country and seeking a spot to move in within a week for a new job I was starting. Compared to a few complexes in the area, Sanctuary was straightforward about additional fees (HOA, valet trash, etc), staff who want to work with and connect with you, and having a garage of some sort is a huge plus. The leasing, management, and maintenance team have been fantastic in communication and initiative. Chance and the leasing team have been so great for getting both myself and my partner moved in and the bumps we've had along the way. Management has been so patient, communicative, and proactive with us as we've dealt with strong marijuana smoke in our apartment. Maintenance and grounds are A+ for being there ASAP in times of needed repairs and open to questions to ensure we take care of our apartment the best we can. The buildings itself are getting up to its second decade, so there's expected issues that come with building maintenance. The apartments are fairly soundproof, if you're on the second floor, you will hear your neighbors footsteps above you but that's mostly it. However, they're all standard apartment things that are expected and manageable to deal with. For the things that aren't the maintenance team is great at addressing ASAP. The community itself is incredibly friendly and supportive of each other! As an introvert, it took time getting used to but it's reassuring knowing neighbors are looking out for each other. When I lived alone for a bit and was struggling to carry larger furniture up the stairs there were times where I'd get help and others would check in on me when my fuel pump broke last winter. Plus, during times of heavier snow it's been nice going out and shoveling side by side with neighbors while we wait for the snowplows to come. The only reason I see my partner and myself moving out is should we find our dream home. Until then, we are very happy with our dream apartment.
