Erin has been so great to work with. She’s very patient and answers all my (big or little) questions. The rest of the staff has been friendly and the property has been so well kept and welcoming. I’m excited to move in soon!
Absolutely love this place! Moved to Colorado in May and my husband found this beautiful and safe place. The lovely ladies in the office are AWESOME. The Maintenance staff is great as well, knowledgable in what they do. Very clean, spacious, and conveniently located. My kids love it as well.
Large bedrooms with walk in closets. Fairly large patio/balcony area. Being from the islands, we love to BBQ. Although grills are not allowed in our area due to safety reasons, there's a grill in the pool area. I'd still give this place over 5 stars regardless of the grill situation.
The common area is clean and well groomed. We love the Clubhouse and all its amenities.

I just moved in and entered a few service requests after hours and they were taken care of already the next morning. I feel valued as a resident. The property looks as if it’s very well maintained. I passed on newer properties in the area because of how well the exterior appears in comparison. Keep up the great work. Ashlyn was great getting me moved in and Jeronimo was great on work orders.
Granted, my husband, dog, and I have only lived here for eight days so far. However, after moving across the country from PA without having seen the apartment first, we have been pleasantly surprised. Our one bedroom home feels marvelously roomy with a walk-through closet, a sprawling bathroom, and a large kitchen. We especially love our massive bathtub, our proximity to walking trails, and the wonderful staff. Our minor service request was fixed within 24 hours, and the office staff has happily answered our questions while giving my dog treats. The only drawback has been less-than-ample parking, though sufficient. Overall, we've been pretty happy, and we're hopeful for the rest of our time in Colorado to be equally fantastic!

Office: Top notch customer service! Erin is a community TREASURE. She is professional and personable, and has created a safe, welcoming environment for asking questions or giving feedback. Erin cultivates a genuine community vibe with monthly resident appreciation events to get neighbors interacting… and she even greets residents (including children AND pets) by NAME. Her knowledge of the property, policies, and specific units helps customers find the best fit for their personal living preferences and needs.
Maintenance: Respectful and EFFICIENT! If you list it, they will come… Geronimo has even come to my rescue after-hours to make sure my issue was resolved as quickly as possible. When specific parts were not available, he provided alternative solutions until those parts could be sourced. He always goes above and beyond the service requested by explaining or SHOWING how to use new equipment or adjust intimidating things like thermostats, garage door codes, and hot water heaters!
Amenities: Clean and accessible! Multifaceted gym, refreshing dog-wash, multiple well-stocked pet waste bag stations located all around the property, access to local walking/biking trails, timely snow removal and landscaping, seasonal food truck vendors to support local small businesses, and a resort style pool/bbq common space for summer socializing!
I have been at Canyons for 2 months now and I love it here. For the most part it is a very quiet neighborhood and I feel very safe here. The only minor noise I hear comes from kids playing outside on the weekend, which in my opinion is a welcome sound. Sure on occasion you may faintly hear a neighbor in another unit, but I have never had trouble getting a good night's rest here because of excessive noise.
Great location. Convenient access to just about anything!

If you're looking for great apartment complex, Canyons at SaddleRock is the place for you. The apartment is gorgeous and very spacious. Staff is always friendly and very responsive to anything I need done. Bobbie the manager is very knowledgeable, efficient and responds to requests very promptly. Bobbie is a kind make and caring person who makes Canyons a wonderful place to live. She is always been so welcoming and friendly. I have lived hear for 9years.
