We have lived here for 3 years and just transferred to a new unit within the same complex. A big reason for why we continue to live here, is that the staff at the leasing office. Especially through this transfer, Kendra was an absolute joy to work with. Incredibly friendly service is found all throughout the team but Kendra is above and beyond. Sam and Jeremy made the process of transferring units incredibly easy and we are so grateful! As far as the property itself, the price definitely justifies the quality of living you will have here. Prices are going up just about everywhere but we have never had a problem with repairs or if we need something. The leasing office and the maintenance staff are always quick to respond. Huge shout out to George and Roberto! All of their repairs are done professionally in a super timely manner. I've never been disappointed! If I had to point out one area of improvement, I would say that at least one amenity is broken or getting fixed. The hot tub keeps needing to get fixed because people keep bringing glass or something up there. Or, for the longest time, the leg press in the gym was broken. Overall, I would say that I would totally recommend living here! Thank you again Kendra, Sam, Jeremy, and Ana!
