We have lived here under a year, and we already feel at home! The staff is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and speedy with all of our questions and needs. The grounds are kept tidy and well decorated, and the apartments are modern and homey. We feel a sense of safety and security. Behind the apartments there is this nice walking path with beautiful views of the sunset. Right outside of our patio is this blue spruce which really frames our view of the mountains! Proud to call this complex home!

We have come back to Stone Canyon to live. The apartments are nice and the price is right. But the main reason we came back is for the people. The maintenance staff is great! They are always timely and do a great job with any repair plus they keep the grounds clean and nice. And the office staff is amazing!! If I have any questions, the staff is always there to help. The community staff is wonderful and I appreciate working with them when is comes to packages, or maintenance, or just a question. I feel safe here and everyone here seems very happy. It's a GREAT place to live!
