Our awe-inspiring grounds are beautifully maintained and feature an extensive list of top-tier amenities that includes a 24-hour fitness center, bouldering room, heated pool, spa, gas grills, an outdoor kitchen, resident club room with billiards, business center, conference room, and library. Residents of our apartments in Lone Tree also benefit from 24-hour package lockers, resident and guest parking, and access to the My IMT Resident Portal for online rent payments, service requests, and more. Portable Tenant Screening Report Advisement: 1) Applicant has the right to provide an IMT Residential managed community with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides IMT Residential with a PTSR, IMT is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee to access or use the PTSR.
