Everyone is trippin, I love it here :) people have been friendly, I don't feel in danger :) I did have my bike stolen but it was a nice bike and I should have locked it up anywhere I go . Besides that I love my neighbors and people r chill. I love how green it is, and all the trees. The park down the street is huge and beautiful :)

My experience with the Gramercy was awesome the lady in the leasing office Elaina was absolutely amazing she helped me step by step with every question that I had she also has A-1 people skills as soon as I came to the leasing office which was my 1st time she treated me and welcomed me on sight I couldn't ask for a better person to help me beside her and the the other awesome lady Leah they are amazing you know I visited 3 other apartments and they was the most help Elaina and Leah thanks y'all I really appreciate it.
