Bryant Ward was the best leasing agent that I have had the pleasure to work with in a long time. He was always courteous, knowledgeable and always got right back to me if I had any questions. He remembered my daughter and I every time we had to come back into the office to fill out or sign documents. This made us feel very welcome. He has been there for us every step of the way. My experience with the Metro Midtown leasing team has been great. I wanted to take a moment to give a shout-out to Daniel. When I found myself in an uncomfortable situation he made my experience resolving the issue a breeze! From day one, he was super helpful and always ready to answer my questions. I felt at ease with him guiding me through the process. Daniel really went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.
