Some dog breeds are restricted.) Tenant pays all utilities (water/electric/gas). Lawn care is provided by management. HUD OK. Rent : $1100 Deposit: $1100 ($200 Leasing Fee included in this amount, leasing fee non-refundable) Application Fee: $65 (Each occupant 18 and older must submit a separate application. Background checks include credit and criminal history. Application fees are non-refundable) Pets are welcome with fees & restrictions. Insurance Requirement: Liability to Landlord Insurance in the amount of $100,000 is required.
