About 228 Webster St #C
Hi! You'll be renting 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment. This place is the best deal in town and is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and Stanford. The total rent is $2050 - you're half would be $1025. Utilities (electricity, gas, and internet) run about $80 each per month. I'm looking for a new roomie. Here's my ideal roommate... * MUST sign a 12 month lease (else property manager won't rent to you). * MUST have a job (else the property manager won't rent to you). * MUST be okay with having frequent guests (I have a lot of visitors, mostly friends, but I wouldn't mind having airbnb guests as I like meeting new people and wouldn't mind making some extra cash). * Should be entrepreneurial like me. * Should be pretty clean. * I'm looking for a cool roommate who likes to hang out. About me - I'm 27 and have an engineering degree and an MBA both from Georgia Tech, and I work at an online marketing company, but I'm always working on some side project and trying to find the next big thing. My weekend activities usually involve bars, trips to SF, hanging out with friends, various entrepreneurial events, and whatever cool stuff strikes my friends and me. I know $1025 for a room in a 2 bedroom is a steal in the area (especially a 5 minute walk from downtown), so when you send me a message, tell me a good bit about yourself and why you'd be a sweet roommate.
