Living here has been an amazing experience! The building is well-maintained, quiet, and has everything we need to feel comfortable. One of the best parts is having Rolando around—he’s always ready to help with any issues in the apartment. Whether it’s a quick repair or answering questions, his responsiveness and dedication make all the difference. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home!

I went for a self tour today and Rolando from Belmont Terrace gave me a tour of the building. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. His customer service was more then excellent and it certainly encourage me to be interested in becoming a tenant. Thank You Rolando!
