My wife and I moved in to Township a year ago and we're very happy here. Great location: it's about a 7-min walk from the main downtown strip of Redwood City. The apartment itself is intelligently laid out and has a nice feel -- everything works well (appliances, bathrooms, plumbing). The Township staff are very responsive to questions and maintenance requests. It's nice to be able to have packages signed for when you're out (i.e. wine shipments). We haven't had any problems with neighbors. The area is generally quiet.

Emilio is one of the greatest maintenance guys at my complex. He’s thorough and always professional and on time. I love where I live and having everything perfect is a plus
