There is a variety of beautiful areas you can walk to from the apartment including the newly reopened levee. It's so peaceful here. You can't hear your neighbors. The management is very attentive and kind! The property and trash rooms are well maintained. If you need something fixed, they usually come the same day. They always respond quickly with any questions. The property manager, Kevin is productive with many improvements and repairs .He is very kind and makes you feel like you're his neighbor, which is really special because this is his job, but this is our home.

I recently leased an apartment with the help of Miral who is a leasing officer, and the experience was fantastic. From the initial inquiry to move-in, Miral was professional, responsive, and efficient. Miral was extremely helpful and generous with her time. Highly recommend talking to her if you are considering moving into this building.
