The complex offers a gym, 24-hour security/concierge, a social room, and one of the best-heated pools/hot tubs in PHX. The custom king-size bed frame and rug under the bed will be staying in the condo, so you'll just need to bring a mattress. The moving process is easier than you may think because the building has a loading dock for moving trucks and an oversized elevator you can rent. The building also has a crane you can rent if needed for anything really big (250/hour). I bought and lived in this condo for 8 years- it's great! I wouldn't move out, but I decided to move in with my girlfriend, so that is why I am looking for a renter. Please reach out with any questions. I will be a great landlord and always make sure everything is taken care of. The owner covers all the utilities besides WIFI. The only expense for the renter is rent (and WIFI if you want it).
