Welcome to our beautiful Land Park, known for the many friendly dogs, beautiful large trees, and variety in residential architecture. It doesn’t get more centrally located than this with walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, parks and schools. Access to all major freeways is only a minute away and Target/Safeway are a few minutes down the street. Our 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath Bungalow holds its charm with a beautifully upgraded kitchen, hardwood floors, and curved ceilings. We have a private 1 car garage, semi-enclosed backyard, and shared driveway. A jack-and-jill bathroom connects two good sized bedrooms, and an added bonus room/office overlooks the backyard with wrap-around windows. Many lush trees and bushes surround the yard, and a monthly gardener is included in the cost of rent. If you can see yourself lounging on our patio during the soft summer evenings, I encourage you to apply. We require: Annual lease Move in with 1st month's rent plus 1 month security deposit. Rental criteria are first come, first serve, with a minimum income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, a FICO score of 650 or higher credit score, and at least 2 years of positive, verifiable rental history or homeownership. Application fee is $45 per adult living in unit and fully refundable if not processed. Pets must interview and extra $500 refundable pet deposit required. Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom, plus 1. To schedule a showing, complete our rental application and message/call the property management first. Do not disturb residents.
