Both front and back are landscaped with drought tolerant plants, back yard has a large patio to enjoy outdoor entertaining. Owner provides gardener for the property, tenants pay directly their own utilities (water, garbage, cable/internet and Pg&E). Owner will allow for 1 small dog under 30lbs or 1 cat with higher deposit.
