Tenants have traditionally divided the back bedroom into two rooms, a study or dining room and bedroom, since it is large. It is perfect for a person who needs tons of closet space, (3.5 closets) and great block with nice neighbors. Sorry, there is only street parking, but it isn\\\'t hard to find a spot. Laundry is three blocks away. Utilities and garbage to be split. We have traditionally allowed cats and *sometimes* dogs with *full and excellent references* and two months rent security deposit.
