I have lived at the blockyard for 2 months so far. I love the amenities and the area around. The staff is really nice and quick to solve any issues I have had. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a apartment downtown.

Living at the Blockyard has been an incredible experience so far. Elizabeth, JC, Yesenia, and Amy, the property managers, are hands down the best I've ever encountered. They’re not only professional but also genuinely great people who are always attentive and quick to respond. The maintenance team, Laz and Miguel, deserve a special mention too—they're outstanding, always making sure everything runs smoothly. The property itself is stunning. The amenities? Absolutely top-notch. From the gym and pool to the club room, coworking space, and courtyards, it feels like a resort — but right here on the East Side! Plus, you’ve got all the cool spots on Manor Road just a short walk away, and Mueller is conveniently across the street. Honestly, aside from the package room being hard to navigate it’s hard to imagine anything better. If you’re thinking about moving, you should definitely apply!
