This building is a special home and lovingly restored, with a beautiful little backyard. Unit L is comfortably spacious for this city location, with its windows and open layout and direct access to the garden. I personally loved the atrium and attached office space. Working remotely in the office nook worked out very nicely, and the atrium was great for growing cactus and plants. Owners Ron & Leila are incredibly kind and accommodating. Leila and Ron are wonderful, friendly people, and take good care of the garden and house. I love looking at the sunny garden and it is always very quiet here. The next door neighbors are quiet too. The location is fantastic, just a block from Union street and I walk there almost every day, also Safeway is a short walk too. Nice safe neighborhood to live in.
