We are two USC MBA students looking to fill out a 3rd bedroom through the duration of our lease (August) but are open to shorter tenancies. The bedroom with attached full bath would be on the first floor with immediate access to a large shared common room and outdoor garden. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. We have a small 4 year old Corgi in the house too. The ideal roommate would be clean, outgoing, and interest in sports, travel, cooking, and the outdoors. The series of condos around us is mostly young families, so we try to keep it relatively calm. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We are right on some major bus line routes and just under a mile from the Expo line. The new tenant would have their own solo garage space as well. Laundry units are inside the house on the first floor, we have basic cable, Internet, and most streaming services.
