Beautiful property but horrible property owners/ Leasing staff and Maintenance! Nothing but problems and headaches since we moved in! If u want a service request to be done in a timely matter, forget it! It took almost two months to get our microwave replaced! Parking is horrible! Only enough parking for one car! Managers never call u back and its hard to even get one on the phone or a number for one! Leasing staff gives u the run arround and never returns voicemails or emails until days later! (or never)Maintenance hires 3rd parties to do work orders which takes forever! Our first 3 months here we didnt have proper cool air flow into either bedrooms! Finally installed ceiling fans which really didnt help in the summer! Cricket problem im summer! Residents with dogs rarely ever pick up after their dogs! Leasing staff not on site so u will never see them! Ever! Upstairs neighbors are horrible! Kids run up and down appartment at all hours of the day! Have put in multiple noise complaints and nothing has happened with it! I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone! No wonder they still have the adress pinned with the old property name so u cant see new reviews or they get deleted! Horrrribleeeeeee!!!!
