I've lived here for three years. I like my neighbors well indeed, and Dwight, the building's guard and all-around guardian, is one of the best people you'll ever meet. Sadly, the management is TERRIBLE. The owner is a liar and a cheat. We've had leaks since we moved in, and we're now forced to move 2.5 years later because we finally see they aren't even TRYING to do anything to fix it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
