This apartment is light and bright, with a large windowed renovated kitchen and windowed bathroom, and outstanding closet space. Ceilings are 10 feet and the floors are hardwood. Disclosures: Con Ed has turned off the gas to the building because of a gas leak in one of the apartments so the stove is inoperable. The kitchen features a microwave, electric kettle, air fryer, high end hot plate, and a toaster oven, which enable cooking.
