The apartment has everything you might need during your extended stay.30 DAYS MIN This is a beautiful, true two bedroom with living room. The apartment is comfortable and large with all the amenities necessary for a great stay in New York. The location is absolutely amazing, couple blocks away from 6 train (green line, transfer to express 4 and 5 train at 86 St), Q train at 96 St (yellow line) and Central park! If you want to stay in New York and live like a New Yorker and not like a tourist, this apartment is for you. This is one of the best neighborhoods to fully experience New York. The apartment consists of a living room, two (2) bedroom, a full kitchen and a bathroom. Each bedroom has ample closet space. There is queen size bed in the first bedroom, and two single (twin) beds in the second one, that can be moved together and used as a full bed. Living room has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove top, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils and cutlery you might need during your stay. We also provide all the bed linen and towels, as well as an iron and a hair dryer. There is a good size marble bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. The apartment is located on the third floor (two flights of stairs).TOTAL RENT with utilities (Wi-Fi, heat, hot water, and gas/electricity)and all fees - $4500 per month. Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is great in terms of value for money. Newly renovated, this apartment is a gem!
