This property is managed by a responsible landlord using Avail landlord software. HUGE apartment in the heart of midtown in a charming older building. The unit has a large living room (big enough for two sofas), a separate dining room, enclosed sunporch, two bedrooms, kitchen (includes refrigerator and range, but no dishwasher), and one bathroom. The unit has hardwood floors, central heat and air, off-street parking, and a maintenance man on site. The way the complex is built, this unit does not share a common wall with any other unit! The complex has a very good group of tenants with low turnover. The unit is within walking distance to Overton Park and conveniently located to St. Jude's- the medical district- the UT medical and dental schools- the University of Memphis- Rhodes College- and the Southern School of Optometry. The unit is also within 5 minutes of two of Memphis's most popular entertainment districts: Overton Square and Cooper-Young. These entertainment districts offer live theater, a movie theater, and numerous eclectic restaurants and watering holes. There are two fine restaurants just across the street: The Indian Palace and Cafe Society! Grocery stores, drug stores, and a Home Depot are also only minutes away. The pictures attached to this listing are sample pictures from past tenants. You may see multiple living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and sunporch set-ups that tenants have decorated over the years. One year Lease. No smoking. PETS: We accept pets on approval. Additional one-time pet charges and monthly pet fees apply. These charges vary depending on the size and number of pets. UTILITIES: Tenants pay for all Memphis Light, Gas, and Water (MLGW) utility charges. Tenants are required to transfer the MLGW bill for their unit into their name.
