This place is amazing and has every amenity you could think of plus some. We've been here for a couple of weeks and absolutely love our unit even more so because it's brand new and we got to pick which unit we wanted. The landscaping is gorgeous outside of every entry and exit. The interior hallways always smell nice and clean. This place feels more like a luxury Hotel rather than an apartment. The leasing staff are very attentive to the customers' needs and friendly. I made a complaint about the lights in the parking lot not being on when I have to leave very early in the morning and it was immediately fixed. I feel safe here and there are a lot of nice restaurants and fun things to do, shops directly across the street. They are a non-smoking building and actually take that very seriously which we can appreciate. They are trying to promote a positive environment and a strong sense of community. I can see us staying here a very long time especially as the neighborhood grows.

Just went on a tour with Marquis of 5 different units (he was glad to get the steps in!) and I have to say that I was very impressed with the community as a whole. They put a lot of detail into their community amenities and it shows how proud they are of the experience they provide for their residents. I would love to live here!
