Terribly infested with rodents & roaches. Costed over $1400 to move in and tub was clogged with hair and dried paint as well as the toilet and everything was unprofessionally painted. After moving in we caught over 17 rats within a 3 week period. Foundation of apartment floor is unleveled, doors are not secure nor do they close properly. Cats and rodents literally live underneath the apartments due to crawl space openings. Cracks in every wall in the unit and instead of repairing it they stuffed the areas with grocery bags and painted over the issue. The absolute worst apartment that I have ever lived in hands down. Not to mention the additional fee for landlord liability that I was not properly informed about.
