The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability of an accessible apartment in our South Baker Beach neighborhood. Offered at $4,850 monthly, 1703-E Brooks Street is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with 1010 square feet of space. The apartment has tile and carpet, a bathroom with a roll-in shower, in-unit washer/dryer hook-ups, and is located on the first floor of the building, with access by a ramp to the parking lot. We are currently offering this home to applicants with accessibility needs. Starting January 5, 2026, the apartment will then be offered to Presidio employees and the general public without accessibility needs in accordance with our priority system. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $4,850.00 Application fee is $46 per adult; Parking - 1 car maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet, and there is monthly pet rent charged at $75 per pet per month. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. * Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before December 26, 2025. Pricing may change after December 16, 2025. Other options are available; please ask your leasing agent about terms. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
