I perform for a living so I have weird hours, go out of town fairly often and have company fairly often. Most of all the place is very chill and quiet. Second/Top floor. It's a four-plex. Entry in front or back.  Google Fiber Wifi Two amazing cats. I keep the litter box in my room. The home is 420 friendly though I'm not a smoker myself. I do drink a fair amount of cheap wine..... which I like dry, like my sense of humor.  Male age 32 Self Employed Artist/Entertainer Westside area near downtown Kansas City MO I have two cats who don't like the idea of other animals, unfortunately.  Street parking.  Located next to Westside Local, Blue Bird, Chez Elle, Goat Hill Coffee. Just a few blocks west of the Crossroads. You can jump on 35 South and be in Westport in 5 minutes. Power and Light only 2-3 minutes drive. UMKC is a 10 minute drive.
