This single-story 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Mid-Century ranch-style apartment was built in 1961. The surrounding homes were built between the early 1890s-1930s, making this duplex quite unique for the location. We have done our best to lovingly restore this beauty's original character while upgrading the utilities and appliances for modern functionality. This unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a reading chair, and plenty of storage and closet space for an extended stay. The second bedroom holds a full-size bed, a comfy rocking chair, and plenty of storage as well. The open living-dining area is spacious and homey with access to the private gated patio and carport. The kitchen has an electric stove, a cold fridge with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer-dryer combo unit, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, pot holders, kitchen towels, dishes, silverware, etc... for whatever meal you might decide to whip up. There is an iron and ironing board located in the hall closet for your convenience. The bathroom is stocked with towels, washcloths, and extra toilet paper. The unit has central heat and air. You will find extra blankets in closets if needed. We hope you enjoy our book and game collection. Utilities, internet access, and furnishings are included in rent. Minimum lease one-month.
