I have lived at 99 Front for a year now and it has been nothing short of amazing. The location is phenomenal and easily walkable to some of my favorite coffee shops, restaurants and bars! The apartments themselves are new, clean, urban and edgy. I decided on 99 Front mainly because of their safety features and location. This apartment complex is one of the few Downtown Memphis that have an underground attached gated garage that is for tenants only. I also loved that you need a key card to access the building, the garage and package room. But the best part of this apartment complex has been the leasing agents Beth and Octavia. They are both the most caring, respectful leasing agents I’ve ever had a pleasure to work with. They will make sure that you feel comfortable and at home and are always there if you have any questions or concerns. They made picking 99 front easy, and have continued to make living at the property easy and enjoyable. I wish all apartment complex’s had leasing agents that cared about the tenants as much as they do! Don’t look anywhere else if you want a secure apartment, located in the best area of downtown.
