We are looking for a 2 year lease to start with option to renew if desired. Located in the Wayzata school district this two bedroom town home will be available for a July 1st move in. Walking in the front door you will find a coat closet before you enter the large living room with fireplace. There is a dedicated dining space with walk out patio, and the kitchen has a dishwasher. Down the hall you have a dedicated laundry space, 2nd bedroom. The primary bedroom with dual closets is also attached to the full bath. One Car garage is attached to the condo building, second parking and guest parking is easy in the parking lot. As a tenant you are responsible for gas and electric only. Water/Sewer, Trash, association fee are paid for by the owner. Max 1 dog and 1 Cat pet rule with the association. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For full criteria visit our website and click “apply now” on the listed unit. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
