Apartment is located right off of Rockford Road and HWY 169 in New Hope, MN. Requirements are no felonies within the last 5 years, no evictions, 6-12 months job history, good rental history. Must pass a background and credit screening. You must also make two and a half times the monthly rent. -Landlord pays heat, water, garbage -Tenant pays electric and cable Rental deposit is 1 months rent. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Late fee is 8% after the 5th of the month. We offer 12-18 month leases. Month to month leases available with added fee. Renters insurance is required. Tenant is required to pay rent and submit maintenance requests on online portal. Application fee is $40 Please reply with first name, last name, and email to be sent an application.
