I've lived here for 7 years. Just recently moved due to purchasing my own home. During my time there, the management has changed many times -- some good, some not so good. No assistance programs accepted so everyone is a hard working individual, just like you!! They were so incredibly kind to my 80 yr old mother who lived with me. Everyone in the office treated her like their own gramma and it was wonderful. Even the week of my mother passing, they couldn't have been more supportive and there with me the whole time! They truly care about their tenants! Positive -- Dave in the office is Great! He gets apartment living and is truly there to help as he can. Location is fantastic. Washer and dryer in the unit. Great amenities for the price and location. Updated units. They section off the building -- kids on one side, adults on the other. I was very happy here. Not so great -- the building is old, so the upstairs foot traffic isn't always the best. Tenants don't respect the non-smoking rules. Yes, weed is still smoking and not everyone enjoys the smell. However, the office does what it can to rectify lease violations and situations that don't improve. All-in-all, the place was great for me and my mom after we sold our home in Plymouth. Anyone wanting to live here, my 25 cents is this -- follow the rules, pay your rent, do what is right and At Home Apartments will be there for you!

I LOVED living here. The building is super quiet & the location is excellent. I was obsessed with my units vaulted ceilings & view of the creek. Management was always a pleasure to work with and maintenance requests were always dealt with in a timely manner. The free underground parking was a HUGE bonus. I would recommend this building to anyone I know.
