Location is EVERYTHING! This apartment has it all. It's located right on Lake Calhoun, next to a shopping center, just around the corner is a bike trail, next to a golf course, and nearby the highways to easy access driving. It's close enough for the night-life of Uptown as well! The Residential Manager, Eric, is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that may arise, and is more than accommodating. There is easy off-street parking for when I have guests over, and parking garages and/or a parking lot for residents' vehicles. I recommend this apartment for anyone that enjoys convenience and a great price for their living arrangements! The apartments nearby are much more expensive, so it's safe to say that this one is a steal. Take it while it's open!

The only reason I didn't live here longer was because I got a job offer across the country. If I could have taken this apartment with me I would have. Management was a breeze to work with, the renovated unit was essentially flawless, and the area was quiet and felt safe. The neighbors were all kind and friendly, and the push for new, better amenities showed me that management truly is doing their best to make Westwood a great place to live. I lived in a garden level studio unit and surprisingly never had an issue with not enough sun coming in to the apartment. It was perfect for single person living and I would definitely recommend Westwood as an option for Uptown/St. Louis Park living without the noise and foot traffic.
